		<description>My google reader just sent me over to your blog and I'm so glad it did, I've heard about your confections before, they sound really delicious and as I sit at my computer at work, I dream of being bold enough to do what you've done!

I'm a scientist now, but increasingly enjoying my time in the kitchen and am studying culinary arts.  The science of the stuff is also fun for me as its what I do already!  Good luck staying awake for 6 hours!  I find it hard enough for the couple of hours of my class before the practical, but then I guess I've already been at work for 8 hours.</description>
