I stumbled on this when I googled the Rosemary Meyer Lemon bread from Della Fattoria. Sorry you experienced a gummy bread. The secret is to warm up the bread in a 350 F oven for 15 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes and enjoy. I do that for all bread, store-bought or homemade and the result is amazing. It makes all the difference. Try it!
