		<description>Hi....I just found your food blog and thought I'd say hello and give you my own take on piping techniques.   Being left handed it was like watching my chef instructors then trying to turn the mental image inside out....But I mastered it in the end.  

Even though a star tubes and piping bags are not used very much outside of baking these days, learning classical technique is always a good place to start from.
