This is the first time I’ve written with icing/gel. At least it’s more legible than my normal handwriting.

Whoa! I’m surprised/impressed to see such well-shapen letters being fromed by your hands! No, but seriously readers, she isn’t kidding when she says this is better than her normal handwriting. I think it should read “WAY more legible.”
Haha All I can think about when I pipe is the unfortunate kid who would get a “Happy Birthday” cake from my hand… Right now, it’d be the equivalent of coal in a stocking.
It’s way more fun to pipe this icing than the shortening before, though, so hopefully, by the time I’m done with this block, I won’t be scarring any kids for life if I ever need to write a cake for them.
