Even though it’s a little drier than the tri-tip, it has its own sweet charm, and I didn’t feel as guilty eating it. On the other hand, the chili beans were a little bland and starchy, and I’d recommend the baked beans instead. So, I predict that my next meal there will be a pork loin sandwich with extra BBQ sauce and baked beans. Can’t wait.
