But try it I did, and despite the heat and though it is clear I need some more practice, this pastry has my seal of approval for potential. Wow - I just made puff pastry in minutes. (well an hour perhaps). Its not worthy of my blog yet, but I don't mind sharing the result with just you! Thanks so much for the recipe! You be sure I will return to it again.
