		<description>Looking back on the afternoon of July 24th 2006, it was probably not the best time to try this recipe when the sun was blaring into my 80F kitchen. But try it I did, and despite the heat and  though it is clear I need some more practice, this pastry has my seal of approval for potential. Wow - I just made puff pastry in minutes. (well an hour perhaps). Its not worthy of my blog yet, but I don't mind sharing the result with just you! Thanks so much for the recipe! You be sure I will return to it again.
