I'm still full from that meal. :) Coincidentally, I just read a book today called Heat by Bill Buford, and the section where the author trained with a butcher in Chianti has set me off on a major beef craving... so I hope that there will be some meat on this blog soon, too! And hope your knee gets better fast -- I should probably be grateful to just have an annoying blister! I have a thrice-pummelled right knee (dirt biking injury..don't forget to wear your knee guards...) that is slowly subsiding from purple to swollen caucasian skin. I, too, lament to the easy-rific value of the Asian delivery...but can only attest to the delivery of super-fine Honey-Walnut Shrimp. It's the only thing that makes me give in to delivery.
