		<description>Yeah, the flavor came through really well in the ice cream, but it was muted a bit when eaten in the same bite as a peach slice.  If I were to do it as part of a plated dessert, I would keep the crisp and ice cream separate so that it's easier to control the strength of each flavor in each bite.</description>
