Dreamsicle - That cake sounds so good. Honey gives such a nice floral hint, almost like a perfume at the end of the taste. And there is oddly Easter-y about whipped confections -- nougat and marshmallows... I wonder if it's mostly thanks to Peeps... Cybele - Oooh, actually, I want to try Nutpatch Nougat myself. :)

I made some lavender honey and added it to a genoise batter and some buttercream for a celebration cake project yesterday, and they turned out great with a subtle floral hint from the honey.
