About

After working in the film industry for a few years, I decided I wanted to make desserts, not movies. So, I went to the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the Napa Valley for the Baking & Pastry program… and after working at some chocolate companies, I launched BonBonBar LLC in December 2007.  We specialize in handmade candy bars, caramels, and marshmallows.  We use fresh ingredients that are organic and local whenever possible.

Also, I moved back to San Francisco in September 2009, so just consider me Sweet Napa in SF.
