After working in the film industry for a few years, I decided I wanted to make desserts, not movies. So, I went to the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the Napa Valley for the Baking & Pastry program. After then working at some chocolate companies, I launched BonBonBar LLC in December 2007 and closed it in 2011. We specialized in handmade candy bars, caramels, and marshmallows made from local and organic ingredients.
